Brown 1 pound of ground turkey and set aside
Brown onion and garlic in olive oil
Add other veggies to onion and olive oil and stir fry until just about cooked.
Add salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes and jar of spaghetti sauce
When everything is heated through, add the basil leaves (also oregano if desired)
Serve on top of quinoa or pasta.
Bob loved this! He put it on top of his veggies ( broccoli &cauliflower).
