Cubed Mahi Mahi
Heat in a pan:
2 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)
small bit of chinese hot pepper sauce
Cube 10 oz piece of mahi mahi while that is simmering and then add to the sauce.
Near the end, add one chopped up tomato and a chopped green onion.
