1 cup almond flour
3/4 cup flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon ground sinnamon
1/2 teaspoon bakigsoda
dash of salt
3 eggs, separated
1/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil (I used Almond oil because I couldn't find coconut oil at my store)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- mix dry ingredients
- mix egg yolks and wet ingredients
- wisk egg whites until they have stiff peaks (or not, it tastes good either way)
- fold in egg whites
- make pancakes! I find that they're sweet enough with the honey, but maybe a little cinnamon sugar/syrup to taste.
