pico

half container of cherry tomatoes
one medium onion
one jalapeno, seeded
5 sprigs of cilantro
1 teaspoon of garlic powder (I prefer to use 2 garlic cloves if I have them)
6 tablespoons lime juice (1/4 cup)
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

blend on lowest setting in blender/food processor
