Toss together:
- potatoes (roughly chopped)
- carrots (I used baby carrots cut in half)
- onion (roughly chopped)
- rosemary (I just threw in a few sprigs)
- garlic (I use pre-chopped because I'm lazy)
- adobo (or salt and pepper)
- EVOO
Toss everything in together and mix, then spread out on baking pan and roast for 25 minutes, stirring once about halfway through.
