Oven Roasted Veggies

Preheat oven to 475

Toss together:

  • potatoes (roughly chopped)
  • carrots (I used baby carrots cut in half)
  • onion (roughly chopped)
  • rosemary (I just threw in a few sprigs)
  • garlic (I use pre-chopped because I'm lazy)
  • adobo (or salt and pepper)
  • EVOO
Toss everything in together and mix, then spread out on baking pan and roast for 25 minutes, stirring once about halfway through.
