Chicken quinoa salad

1/2 cup cooked quinoa 
2 handfuls spinach, roughly chopped
A few sprigs of basil, roughly chopped
1/2 can of black beans
1 8 oz package of mushrooms, roughly chopped and cooked
1/2 pound cooked chicken (I used adobo chicken)
1 cup pico

Layer all ingredients. Stir to combine when ready to eat. Delicious!!!
